Appreciated our exceptionally nice and clean rooms.
The hotel was quiet, the staff were amicable. The room we had included central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television. Got the view of garden. Location: the property was near to Verizon arena. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The directions for this hotel do not come up clearly on a Garmen. When we called, his directions were not much clearer. The hotel is run down and looks to be in need of work. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, The breakfast was only cold cereal and a danish. We will never stay here again

Affordable. With possible ice storm approaching, the option for covered parking was appreciated.
Bath towels were skimpy and one was not fresh. About 15" x 24". I needed both to dry off after showering/shampooing. If I were with another person it would not have been adequate. Also, there was not a clock in the room.

One of the comforters had a hole burnt in it and we were in a non smoking room. The microwave was not working properly, the same for the toilet. The pool was also full of wasps and the staff didn't want to try to do anything to fix it.

The vibe here was really chill. the room was super nice and spotless, and it had everything you need like central heating, a safe box, and a variety of TV channels. Plus, it was quiet 🤫.
